“My aim has always been clear: to put the resident, the customer, at the heart of the services delivered by KWL.

“A special thank you to the Senior Management Team at KWL for their dedication and forward-thinking approach. It’s been a pleasure to work with you all, and I’m confident that KWL will continue to thrive under their leadership.”
