Recently, James and his apprentice demonstrated awareness and care when they noticed a tenant who was grappling with mental health issues. Rather than turning a blind eye, James took decisive action and promptly contacted the safeguarding team.
The safeguarding team commended James for his quick response, acknowledging that his intervention played a crucial role in preventing a potentially serious incident. This incident is a testament to James’s commitment not only to his role as a Gas Technician but also to the overall welfare of people living in our community.
